Floating Dock for Kayaks, Canoes, KaBoats, etc

Styrofoam dock for small watercrafts. Easily park your inflatable kayak, canoe, KaBoat or small boat on the water.

If you don’t want to drag your inflatable watercraft in and out of the water every time you want to use it, then this floating dock is right for you. The Styrofoam dock is a recent addition to our accessories that provides affordable docking for owners of kayaks, canoes, KaBoats, small inflatable boats and other light watercrafts, as well as a work float platform. As always, Saturn doesn’t sell just products. It sells solutions!

The Styrofoam floating dock is cost-effective and easy to install and it can handle all types of small inflatable vessels. It provides excellent buoyancy, functionality, durability and safety. Its high resistance to severe weather conditions helps to withstand at least several years of continues use. And one more plus - no maintenance is required: at the end of the season you can simply remove Styrofoam from the shell and dispose it until the next season.

This floating dock is actually a heavy-duty shell container 8'x4'x8" made out of a high-tech tarpaulin PVD material. You can fill out this container with 4 (four) panels of Styrofoam that are sold in many hardware stores, such as Home Depot or Loews. The outer shell has a long and narrow opening to insert 8'x4'x2" foam panels one by one, and then securely lock it with Velcro. The docking platform with 4 Styrofoam sheets inside is rigid enough for small watercrafts.

The Styrofoam dock has a few more great features:
Each dock comes with 4 D-rings installed at the edges that can be used to secure a watercraft to the dock, or to a stationary object, or whatever you want to anchor it to. These D-rings also can be used to attach multiple floating docks together to form larger size docks. For example, 1 dock will provide enough support for 1-person kayak or canoe or up to 9' long inflatable boat or 15' KaBoat. For longer boats and larger kayaks, you might use 2 docks joined together via D-rings and rope. You can add as many dock platforms as you need. You can also install an additional plywood layer that can be bolted through foam layers to make this dock sturdy enough to handle a heavier Jet Ski. And you’ll have a Jet Ski dock for an incredibly low price! Rollers, caster wheels and even trailer winch can be bolted on top of heavy-duty plywood to make pulling easier.

Just because your boat is designed for the water doesn’t mean it has to stay there 24/7. As a proud owner of an inflatable dinghy, you don’t want your watercraft being assaulted by environmental factors. Above the water, it is cozy and dry until the time comes for you to splash it again.

Spending hundreds on a boat and then hundreds on a dock doesn’t make sense. Now you don’t have to choose between a dock and a boat. You can get both for a very reasonable price.

With the Saturn floating dock you’ll eliminate premature wear and tear of your inflatable dinghy. The Styrofoam dock is very easy to assemble, clean, esthetic, very flexible, and compatible with different types of inflatable watercraft – a kayak, canoe, KaBoat or a small inflatable boat.

If you are in the market for a floating dock that is easy to install, durable and inexpensive you have come to the right place.

Docking platform is provided in a form of heavy-duty outer shell container 8'x4'x8" made of tarpaulin PVC material. Original idea of that platform was to provide cheap and disposable docking for one season, so that at the end of Summer customer can remove Styrofoam from dock and dispose it until next season. However, after we tested this platform for almost 2 years in a salty water, under damaging Florida sun, it is apparent that platform is really heavy-duty contraption, and can withstand at least several years of continues use.

8'x4'x2" foam panels are available in local hardware stores. Prices between $15 to $25.
